Your Role & Impact
• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery cycle (orders, dispatch, returns & coordination)
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics & Finance teams
• Provide customers with proactive delivery updates & ETAs
• Prepare and verify export & shipping documentation for smooth customs clearance
• Ensure pricing approvals, payment clearance & documentation accuracy before dispatch
• Maintain accurate ERP records, revenue capture & audit compliance
• Coordinate with shipping lines to obtain Bills of Lading & shipment confirmations
• Support returns, open order reviews & process improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination / Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills in English (extra languages are a plus)
• Experience with SAP / Oracle / Dynamics ERP systems
• Knowledge of export documentation & international shipping is an advantage
• Organized, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
