About The Role

As the Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting to the National Customer Service Manager and will play an essential role in representing our business! Customers are the key to our continued success, and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time!

In This Role You Will

  • Provide customer service via phone and email in a DC environment.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately using SAP, including high‑volume data entry.
  • Support sales and customer enquiries, keeping customers informed of order updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and assist with general admin duties as needed.

Your hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

About You

  • Customer service experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities are essential.
  • Comfortable working with high‑volume data entry.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Pricing or quotation experience is a bonus.
