We’re seeking a hands-on, organized Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support our residential installation and service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating field teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule daily installation jobs for residential technicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and contractors
- Confirm job details, site access, and ensure smooth daily execution
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling or service issues
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and internal teams
- Support showroom walk-in customers as needed
- Track team performance and report on key metrics
Operations & Inventory Support
- Manage inventory of installation materials, parts, and accessories
- Coordinate ordering and maintain accurate stock levels
- Partner with warehouse and field teams to ensure job readiness
- Assist with warranty claims and supplier coordination
- Participate in process improvements and operational planning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or operations (home services or construction preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and field teams
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with installation/service environments is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites as needed
