Your New Role
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Customer Service Operator to join our team on a full-time basis located in our customer implant office in Melbourne.
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for Data Entry into Customers systems for all Hellmann movements and Clearance shipments
- Monitoring Hellmann Network import shipments between overseas origins and AU destinations.
- Work with Hellmann NZ to ensure processes are followed
- Communicate between client, applicable Hellmann Australia personnel and Hellmann network overseas offices.
- Taking appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
- Be the link between Hellmann and the Client and maintain service levels per set processes
- Rates maintenance and quotations and costings as required by client
- Handle customer enquiries and take appropriate action, to ensure we meet the client needs.
- Documenting all customer shipping enquiries, advising the customer of any changes or delays
- Work together with Client and Hellmann Network staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
What You Need
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
- 2 years experience in similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Microsoft application skills
