Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator
An international manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator to support order processing, customer service operations, and supply chain coordination across multiple markets in Central Asia and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution;
• Coordinate shipment releases and delivery schedules with internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and customer-related logistics paperwork;
• Monitor production and delivery timelines to ensure customer requirements are met;
• Track order status, shipments, and inventory movements through ERP systems;
• Provide customers with updates regarding order progress, shipment status, and delivery schedules;
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account reconciliation activities;
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and claims in a professional and timely manner;
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations;
• Maintain accurate reporting on orders, shipments, customer requests, and service performance indicators.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics Coordination, or Supply Chain Operations;
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional regional languages would be considered an advantage.
