ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company, is looking for a Customer Service & Ordering Representative to join its team and support daily customer service and order-related activities

📍 Location: Marousi

🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday

💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of renewal

🏢 Work Model: On-Site

📋Your role:

As a Customer Service & Ordering Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication, timely issue resolution, and a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders and ensure that all aspects of the Supply chain process are met to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to a broad range of customer queries on a variety of topics such as delivery schedules, product returns, invoicing issues etc.
  • Able to consolidate complex information and formulate appropriate responses to customers
  • Show understanding of the operational processes regarding the products and their flow through the supply chain.
  • Be a passionate advocate and build loyalty among new customers while answering any questions that come your way
  • Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
  • Triage issues and escalate them when necessary

📌 What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role will be considered a plus

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and good level of English

• Basic to good knowledge of Excel and MS Office

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks

• Team spirit and willingness to learn

• Calm and solution-oriented approach, especially when handling challenges
