Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms
- Handle inquiries related to travel services such as bookings, accommodations, cancellations, and complaints
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information by following internal processes and guidelines
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain service quality and contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Working Schedule
- Minimum 4 hours per day
- 5 working days per week (flexible shift registration)
Training Requirement (First Month):
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Off on weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Base rate: 42,000 VND/hour
- Up to 52,000 VND/hour upon KPI achievement
