What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, delivering professional and friendly support
  • Assist customers with questions about products, orders, subscriptions, promotions, and company policies
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically, building trust and loyalty
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including orders, returns, and account updates
  • Recommend products that align with customer needs and promote upselling through consultative conversations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • At least 1 year of experience providing phone-based customer support in a high-volume environment
  • Minimum of 3 months of sales experience, including recommending products or services
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience using Aircall, Richpanel, Zendesk, or similar customer support platforms
  • Proven track record in a high-volume phone support environment managing 40-50+ interactions per day
  • Experience in e-commerce or health and wellness sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed customer service and sales performance metrics
  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and problem-solving
