About The Role

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist with questions, concerns, and product/service information
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Provide excellent service while meeting performance metrics
- Maintain a calm and patient attitude during calls
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Previous customer service or call-center experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts if needed
Monthly Salary
$500 – $850 USD per month, depending on experience and performance
