Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative with strong experience in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL operations. This role is critical in managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling logistics-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory status.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and transportation teams to ensure service accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues related to delays, damages, inventory discrepancies, billing questions, or service concerns.
  • Track and follow up on open tickets, claims, and client requests until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, WMS, or TMS systems.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by explaining logistics processes, service levels, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and operational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and logistics processes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to customer service performance when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain environments.
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or 3PL operations.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
