What You’ll Do:
- Follow up with customer contact requests
- Re-engage previous customers and past opportunities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist walk-in customers and set appointments
- Work CRM and campaign follow-ups to maximize opportunities
- Help drive customer engagement and dealership success
