Responsibilities and deliverables:
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using booking platforms (such as Expedia, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems).
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to recommend upgrades, packages, cruises, resorts, and vacation experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
