What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide support to Territory Managers by answering incoming calls and emails, and researching order-related inquiries
  • Process orders, cancellations, and returns while maintaining accurate customer order history
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders, including delivery discrepancies and back orders
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely updates on orders and deliveries
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on company procedures and practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control processes, and product specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
