Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Rotor Clip team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring an outstanding experience through every interaction — from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a primary customer contact, handling incoming calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers with the utmost responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, delivery, shipment status, defects, and other account details via both written and verbal communication.
  • Process and enter all orders accurately and in a timely manner, including placing orders, requests for quotes, sample requests, and material return authorizations.
  • Maintain all customer account data within the ERP and CRM systems; input information, issue credits, and manage literature requests.
  • Determine the fastest and most effective way to address customer requests; troubleshoot common product or service issues and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between Customer, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
  • Review past due order files and expedite shipments as applicable.
  • Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
  • Provide backup support to other Customer Service team members as needed.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet changing job requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
  • Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
