  • Position:
    Part-Time (Scheduled shifts: days, evenings, and weekends)
  • Compensation: $470 – $1,000 per week based on hours

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional approach, following company scripts
  • Schedule sales and service appointments for residential and commercial clients
  • Manage and respond to customer emails promptly
  • Keep customer profiles accurate and up to date
  • Greet and assist customers in our showroom
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency with computers, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s geographical areas is an asset
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
