Reimagine What’s Possible
- Responsible for managing orders administration for Bulk & PGG, in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. Responsible for handling telephone calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails & faxes related to order management.
- Monitoring customer’s, dealer’s & agent’s empty return from PGG customers to ensure its efficiently manage.
- Assisting in managing the monthly fix rental charges for selected dealers
- Ensuring clean desk on CSR related SAP transaction such as billing block & open sale order
- Managing order transaction for Kulim Industrial Gas customers
- Handling selected customer portals and online services
- Managing purchase order monitoring for selected customers
- Support troubleshooting work on inventories, billings, invoicing related issues
- Ensure proper filling and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence are maintained in the system. Ensure all system and manual delivery orders are confirmed receipt.
- Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional service.
- Responsible for internal coordination, i.e. Customer Service Support teams, commercial teams, etc.
- Comply with established processes and procedures including standard business processes, global trade compliance and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- Require a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related areas.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience or equivalent. Knowledge of CSO procedures and systems, communication and problem solving abilities are required.
- Fluent Indonesia speaking ability.
