This is a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative role for an international client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day customer support through case management across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Consistently deliver a high-quality and effective service to customers, liaising with the Team Leader as appropriate.
  • Adhere to operational processes, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure all customer and internal documentation is maintained securely and accessed in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and team leads, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers and provide solutions in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Location: Ukraine
  • Relevant previous experience
  • Experience in working with a team
  • Spoken and written English at least an Advanced level
  • Good communication skills and an ability to interact effectively
  • Good understanding of PC skills with the ability to document processes
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under their own initiative and follow directions from their Team Lead
  • Committed to working within the client’s agreed values and framework.
