This is a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative role for an international client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day customer support through case management across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- Consistently deliver a high-quality and effective service to customers, liaising with the Team Leader as appropriate.
- Adhere to operational processes, policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure all customer and internal documentation is maintained securely and accessed in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and team leads, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers and provide solutions in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Location: Ukraine
- Relevant previous experience
- Experience in working with a team
- Spoken and written English at least an Advanced level
- Good communication skills and an ability to interact effectively
- Good understanding of PC skills with the ability to document processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work under their own initiative and follow directions from their Team Lead
- Committed to working within the client’s agreed values and framework.
