Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Lake Forest, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about insurance products, coverage options, billing, and policy changes. The role includes processing policy updates, supporting new policy applications, and maintaining accurate customer records in agency systems. The representative will assist with resolving customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience, and escalating complex issues when needed. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, supporting retention and cross-selling efforts, and collaborating with the agency team to meet service goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
  • Ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction through timely, accurate, and empathetic communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site office environment with frequent customer interaction.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly beneficial for serving a diverse client base.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing daily tasks and follow-ups.
  • An active California Property & Casualty License is required and a Life & Health license is a bonus
