The Function Purpose

Serve and manage the daily banking transactions of the consumer banking clients, help grow the portfolio of the branch in alignment with the Consumer Banking business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized customer assistance and sell deposit, lending, and investment products to achieve business targets.
  • Understand and suggest and sell additional and/or alternative types of accounts or services to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain service standards for quality customer service, turnaround time, accuracy, and follow-up.
  • Promote use of self-service functions such as online and mobile banking.

Background

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience.
