Job duties include:

  • Delivering high-quality support via chat, email, and phone
  • Assisting guests with administrative and account-related queries
  • Ensuring prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently

Skill set Requirements:

  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
  • Write English without grammatical errors
  • Good typing speed and can learn new systems
  • Can manage different shift timings

Compensation & Benefits:
