Job duties include:
- Delivering high-quality support via chat, email, and phone
- Assisting guests with administrative and account-related queries
- Ensuring prompt, clear, and accurate communication to resolve guest concerns efficiently
Skill set Requirements:
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
- Write English without grammatical errors
- Good typing speed and can learn new systems
- Can manage different shift timings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 80,000 salary
