Applications are invited from dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with at least 1 year of experience in retail showroom customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail customer service
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- IT knowledge is a must (preferably graphic designing)
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Should be pleasant and polite
- Should be a team player
