Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and project updates.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from quotation through delivery.
  • Communicate order status, lead times, shipping updates, and project timelines to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive service and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and documentation within the company's ERP system.
  • Support internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or other technical environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a technical manufacturing organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting technical products or engineered solutions.
