Who You Are:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the AdmitONE team. This role will support AdmitONE ticketing, venue partners, and fans across the globe by providing exceptional service. This role will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing ticketing related issues, supporting reporting and operational processes that contribute to greater business operations.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via email and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, exchanges, transfers, refunds, resale, and account-related inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve ticketing issues, payment discrepancies, account concerns, and event related questions.
  • Monitor customer service channels and report back errors or customer complaints during major event pre-sales & on-sales.
  • Generate and present reporting related to customer activity and service metrics.
  • Monitor reporting within the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and support business decision-making.
  • Escalate and collaborate with AdmitONE Client Services and other internal teams to address customer needs.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, financial services, ticketing operations or a related field seen as an asset.
  • Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or customer support platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Freshdesk is an advantage.
  • Familiarity working with ticketing platforms such as Nutickets or Showclix is seen as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use reporting tools to produce insights and operational reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions keeping business needs in mind.
  • Flexibility in availability to support business needs during exceptional times.
