VR Products I LLC is a global eCommerce company operating three e-Commerce sites in the Vape and alternative products industry. We are currently seeking someone to join our experienced customer service team. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues and has a customer first mentality.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers/vendors via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about orders, products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- At least 2 – 4 years' of relevant work experience
- B2C customer service experience is a requirement
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work well with others and take accountability
- Knowledge with Shopify, DuoPlane, Gorgias are preferred but not required
