About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valkenswaard.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating an excellent customer experience. Whether you’re answering questions, processing orders, solving issues, or supporting after-sales requests, you’ll ensure every customer receives professional, friendly, and efficient service.
You will work closely with our Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure every order is handled smoothly from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, quotations, deliveries, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer orders and proactively communicate updates.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our ERP/CRM systems.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- A completed MBO or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or account support, ideally within e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, or the electronics industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Exact, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
