Must-Haves:

- Customer service experience (highly customer-facing role)
- Ability to read and interpret Purchase Orders (POs)
- Strong communication skills (phone + email handling)
Plusses:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing terminology and processes
Day-to-Day:
- Review and interpret customer purchase orders to understand needs
- Enter and manage orders, quotes, and billing in Oracle
- Track orders and update notes within the system
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers (phone + email)
- Use 5-9 call center software to manage inbound communications
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding order status
- Resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of repair-related requests
