About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, and order management who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, help desk platforms, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Process and manage customer orders, including order placement, updates, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
- Register and manage dropship orders across customer portals, including Shopify, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, DSCO, Duoplane, and Logicbroker.
- Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and warehouse updates, proactively communicating tracking information to customers.
- Manage invoicing through ERP and financial management systems, including NetSuite.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
- Follow established company policies and customer service standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to maintain customer relationships, introduce new products, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Maintain excellent responsiveness and organization during peak business periods, especially during the holiday season.

- Hands-on experience with ERP and order management systems. Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk.
- Hands-on experience using order management and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, DSCO, Duoplane, and Logicbroker. Experience with multiple platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
