Customer Service Representative
Endura Paint is a leading manufacturer of urethane and epoxy coatings. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a Customer Service position in Waterloo, Iowa. The qualified candidate will be able to work well with little supervision and be able to prioritize tasks with degrees of importance. We are looking for an energetic, responsible individual whose primary focus will be providing excellent customer service. This person must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Support role includes:
* Present helpful attitude and process customer orders in ERP system
* Developing working relationships with customers
* Processing cash and credit transactions through point of sale (POS) terminal
* Delivering products to customers
* Lifting, moving, and stocking paint up to 50 pounds
* Shipping and receiving with monthly inventory reporting
* Maintaining a neat and orderly workspace
* Maintaining safe and ethical working environment
* Mixing paint
* Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* Strong customer service skills with knowledge of Microsoft office applications
* Ability to work with a team as well as independently
* Ability to lift 80 pounds at times
* Must possess a valid driver’s license
* Must pass a hair drug/toxins test and a background check
Salary range starting between $42,000-$45,000 year with health care coverage, a company cell phone, and company vehicle.
