Customer Service Representative (Retail Account)
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives under a Retail Account. This role is ideal for beginners who want to start a career in customer service while gaining experience in retail support and customer engagement.
Role Description
As a CSR for our Retail Account, you will assist customers with their orders, product inquiries, payments, returns, and delivery concerns. You will ensure a smooth shopping experience by providing accurate information and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, and services
- Assist with order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Provide accurate information regarding promotions and store policies
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high-quality customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate / College Level or Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (Beginners are welcome!)
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Computer literate and familiar with basic online tools
