Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for the Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full Time opportunity.
Shift Hours
Tuesday – Thursday 8am – 1:30pm
Friday 7am – 5pm
Saturday 6:30am – 7pm (Orange Park campus)
Customer Service Rep, Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities
- Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
- Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
- Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
- Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
- Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
Experience Requirements
- less than 1 year
Education & Credential Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA
- Driver's License – DMV
