We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to de-escalate calls with professionalism and empathy, and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
  • De-escalate calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically
  • Provide updates on repair status, shipping details, and order information
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Multitask efficiently while managing a high call and email volume
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, warranty terms, and shipping policies
  • Support sales and service teams by providing customer feedback and insights

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience preferred)
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
