We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to de-escalate calls with professionalism and empathy, and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
- De-escalate calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and empathetically
- Provide updates on repair status, shipping details, and order information
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Multitask efficiently while managing a high call and email volume
- Maintain knowledge of company services, warranty terms, and shipping policies
- Support sales and service teams by providing customer feedback and insights
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or technical environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or escalated situations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience preferred)
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
