💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times
- Accurately document interactions using CRM systems
- Contribute to improving customer experience and processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Graduates (Fresh grads are welcome)
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service or Telesales (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (B2 and higher)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
