Your role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing professional support, resolving enquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels.
What we're looking for:
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B2+)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
