Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in the transportation industry. This on-site role based in Sarajevo involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer interactions. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the company’s reputation for outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or related skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
