For our client, a leading company in USA, we are looking for Customer Service Representative
Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience
Location: All Over USA, On Site – Hybrid (depends on client requirement)
What you bring with you:
- You have a commercial or comparable basic education
- You are flexible, service-oriented and have good communication skills
- You speak English fluently
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer entry experience necessary
