Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, ensure a positive customer experience, and provide high-quality support. Additional responsibilities will include responding to queries across multiple channels, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to address concerns effectively and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure quality interactions
- Proactive problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to handling customer concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in handling customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in additional languages, especially Vietnamese or Spanish, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a customer service role
