Job Responsibilities:
✨ Provide fast and efficient customer support via chat, phone, and email.
✨ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
✨ Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms and company forums.
✨ Handle complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
✨ Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvements.
✨ Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a seamless and engaging customer experience.
✨ Engage with customers on anime, pop culture, and gaming topics to enhance their experience.
Job Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience in customer service or moderation as minimum one year.
🔹 Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
🔹 Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
🔹 Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
🔹 Passion for anime, pop culture, and gaming with the ability to engage in discussions with customers.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Details:
⏰ Shift Duration: 8 hours (fixed schedule).
🕙 Working Hours – Hybrid:
🔹 Morning Shift (Office-based): 10 AM – 6 PM
🔹 Evening Shift (Remote): 6 PM – 2 AM
📅 Rotational Day Off
