About our client: Is a family-owned almond company based in Los Banos that specializes in the production, processing, and global marketing of almonds. The company traces its farming roots back to 1921 and operates an integrated almond supply chain from growing almonds in California orchards to hulling, shelling, processing, and distributing almond products worldwide

Role Summary

We are looking for a customer service-oriented, detail-driven multitasker with

excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This person will help keep our customers informed with the details regarding their shipments, answer any

questions promptly, and ensure our customers have a great experience working with us. With the right abilities and attitude, we can provide training in the logistics and documentation aspects of the position.

What You'll Do

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly and

professionally to customer inquiries.

  • Keeping customers informed regarding their shipments and providing

updates and documentation as needed.

  • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries and proactively resolving any

issues.

  • Preparing and reviewing shipping and export documentation accurately.
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and

shipping lines (including work with Ocean Bills of Lading).

  • Maintaining up-to-date and organized records of orders, shipments, and

customer accounts.

  • Supporting daily administrative functions, including but not limited to data

entry, correspondence, and scheduling.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order

fulfillment.

  • Assisting management with special projects or tasks as needed.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Work experience in customer service, logistics, or administration preferred

(training provided for the right candidate).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Setting

Location: Medellín – Colombia

Job Type: Onsite (Poblado Office)

Schedule: 9:00 am -6:00 pm

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
