Gaui is looking for a Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people. You'll be responsible for supporting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of our brand.
This role is well suited for someone early in their professional career, whether you're completing a bachelor's degree or have recently graduated. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, diligent, proactive, and excellent at managing their schedule and priorities. An interest in fashion, e-commerce, or marketing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels
- Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and product-related questions
- Process customer returns and exchanges while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate closely with operations, fulfillment, marketing, and leadership teams
- Help identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
- Support administrative and operational projects when needed
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the brand
Qualifications + Skills
- Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed is preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly diligent, dependable, and professional
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive mindset with the ability to stay one step ahead
- Discretion when handling sensitive situations
- Experience using Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar customer support platforms
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Genuine interest in fashion, e-commerce, and customer experience is a plus

Compensation
$20/hour · 35–40 hours per week
