What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and help customers schedule service
  • Assist with maintenance agreement members and new customer inquiries
  • Listen actively, understand the issue, and guide customers to the right solution
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Use scheduling tools and customer management software
  • Work closely with your call center team to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast ‑ paced environment
  • Dependability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
