Job Summary:
The position of customer service representative consists of supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with Trend Group’s products and services
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations.
- Issue and send quotations, invoices, receipts, and statements to customers in a timely manner
- Handle clients' account queries.
- Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary.
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
- Update accounting records/Zoho with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
- Responsible for monitoring clients’ payment status, collecting receivables and finalise project accounts for completed projects
- Responsible for preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verify details with clients.
- Organise and maintain client files with updated statements and billing information.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Available to start immediately
