This role is for a Senior Customer Service Representative within the Corporate Claims division, supporting the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service team in Cincinnati, OH.

  • Responsibilities include handling 20-25 inbound calls daily to assist with claim intake, initial loss setup, and resolving customer inquiries across various lines of business.
  • Perform routine and complex issue resolution, document processes, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to policies and regulations.
  • Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Offers a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 remote) after training, with hours from 8am to 8pm ET (preferably 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm shifts).
