Job Description
Contentizer is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Austin team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with shipping inquiries, tracking, and general support.
Key Responsibilities

- Track shipments and provide clients with accurate updates.

Minimum Requirements
