This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Coordinate with sales, production, design, and shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Monitor inventory levels and customer requirements
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
