The Customer Service Representative will support day‑to‑day sales operations, ensure smooth communication between customers, sales staff and administrative personnel. You will help manage inquiries, prepare documents, coordinate orders, and contribute to a positive customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support
  • Collaborate closely with sales and administrative teams to ensure accurate order processing and follow‑through
  • Prepare and update documents, presentations, and reports using Word and PowerPoint
  • Maintain customer records, order details, and communication logs with strong attention to detail
  • Assist with quoting, order tracking, and general sales support tasks

Qualifications

  • 2 plus years experience in customer service, sales support, or a fast‑paced administrative role
  • Associate's Degree preferred or strong mathematical skills
  • Clear communication and customer‑focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
