As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to serve as the direct link between our clients and our engineering teams, ensuring every client receives exceptional support.

Role Summary

We are looking for a remote Customer Service Executive who is passionate about helping people and possesses strong technical empathy. In this role, you will handle incoming client inquiries, troubleshoot foundational issues, manage support tickets, and ensure our clients experience smooth, reliable post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to client inquiries across multiple remote channels (Email, Chat, Phone, and Ticketing systems).
  • Ticket Management: Log, prioritize, and track client support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Resolve general client issues directly. Gather technical details for complex issues and smoothly escalate them to the backend engineering or DevOps teams.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively check in with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and gather product feedback.
  • Documentation: Contribute to building internal troubleshooting guides and customer-facing FAQ documentation to improve support efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or account management (experience in a tech or SaaS company is a major plus).
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; ability to explain technical fixes in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Comfort working with helpdesk systems and CRMs (Salesforce experience is highly valued).
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for a quiet remote work environment.
