Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with decades of industry experience, recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to provide critical support to their sales and production teams.
The ideal candidate comes from a manufacturing environment, and strong proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, ERP, and pricing/quotation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues and provide updates to customers.
- Manage documentation related to customer accounts, orders, and shipments.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding product availability, lead times, and order status.
- Support the sales team with quotes, product information, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, working toward timely resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working for a manufacturing company is a MUST
- Familiarity with CRM, pricing, and quotation systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software.
