Role Description
This full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Lagos. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction with our sustainable packaging solutions. The role involves collaborating with team members, maintaining records of customer interactions, and contributing to a positive customer experience by effectively addressing their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing Customer Service and delivering high-quality Customer Support
- Strong focus on enhancing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring excellent Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with diverse customers
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize customer needs
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward resolving customer inquiries
- Experience in the packaging or sustainability sector is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.
