Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Guelph, ON. In this position, the team member will respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status. Responsibilities include processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring that customer requests are handled promptly and correctly. The role involves investigating and resolving issues, such as delivery concerns or product questions, while maintaining a professional and courteous manner. The Customer Service Representative will also support continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with internal teams and helping refine processes to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-focused roles, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and working as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Proven ability to foster strong Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience in every interaction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when processing orders and updating records.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with operations, logistics, and other internal teams.
  • Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order-entry or CRM systems); ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, coatings, or related industrial settings is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
