Botach is a 35-year tactical gear and firearms retailer in Las Vegas. We sell to serious customers: law enforcement, military, and civilians who know their gear. We need customer service people who match that standard.
This is not a chair-warming job. You handle phone and email support, solve real problems, and own the customer from first contact to resolution. Fast thinking, clear communication, and follow-through matter more than years on a resume.
What you'll do:
- Answer customer calls and emails on orders, products, shipping, and returns
- Solve problems directly instead of passing them off
- Learn our product lines well enough to give real answers
- Keep accurate notes and follow up until the issue is closed
What we want:
- Sharp, fast, and calm under pressure
- Clear written and spoken English
- Customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, inside sales), but we will hire a sharp recent grad who proves they can think
- Reliable and self-directed. We do not micromanage
Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience. Full-time, on-site in Las Vegas.
- Interest in firearms, tactical gear, or the outdoors is a plus, not a requirement.
